Founder & President
Prathima Guntupalli is the Founder & President at Sriven Technologies.
Prathima carries over Fourteen years of Tech experience working with Fortune 100 clients driving growth through Artificial Intelligence, Analytics, Customer Experience, Digital Engineering, and next-gen tech Platforms. Her sharp business acumen a unique blend of traditional knowledge along with new-age technology and excellent people skills make her a leader of choice, one that is both loved and respected by team members, clients, and the industry alike.
Passionately contribute time, skills, and knowledge across multiple subjects close to her heart to drive a positive change in the community and is a champion of diversity, advocating several initiatives for women as the Executive Sponsor for the “Women in Tech” Leadership Program.
Prathima completed her M.S in Computer Science and holds an M.B.A from George Mason University, Virginia and has represented Sriven Tech on several prestigious international platforms, including the likes of WEF, OOW, International Group Meetings, and regularly participates in the forum’s strategic partnership initiatives. Likes traveling, exploring new cultures, long walks & spending time with family and friends.

Dr. Raj Kilaru is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Sriven Technologies.
Raj carries over 21 years of experience in the field of IT, spanning customer relationship management, building and managing large business units, strategic alliances, M & A, and change management across multiple industries, business domains, technologies & geographies.
Additionally, he drives technology excellence to help clients navigate business challenges and achieve organizational goals across transformation, and governance and acts as an executive sponsor for strategic engagements, and enables end-to-end digital transformation for global clients.
He has been a guest speaker at conferences organized by NASSCOM and CII. He also has been a keynote speaker at various Business Management institutions. His ultimate objective is to unpack new business opportunities, deliver 360° Value for all our clients, partners, teams, and communities, and achieve shared success. Under his mentorship teams had delivered greater ideas and achieved technology innovation to build a better and bolder future. His generous contribution to clients and communities has left a remarkable signature.

Murli Pasupuleti is the Chief Techno Commercial Officer and Managing Director at Sriven Technologies.
Murli carries over two decades of experience working with several multinational companies & has held executive leadership positions across North America, Europe, Asia Pacific & Middle East Regions. He has a proven track record of driving growth by building customer-centric, high-performance teams and managing large, complex projects with exposure to both concept and domain sales.
His responsibilities spanned the entire IT portfolio including Software, Platforms, and Consulting Services focused on selling a portfolio of Cloud-based Digital Transformation offerings, a matrix of SaaS, PaaS & Engineered solutions across industry verticals focusing on large deal pursuits. Murli has completed International Business Administration from ICFAI University.

Head of Business Operations & Talent Acquisition Group
Prasad Amam Leads the Talent Acquisition Org and is an integral part of Sriven’s Management Board.
Given his great knowledge of business functions, he brings over 12 years of expertise in leading strategic sourcing teams and overseeing Talent Acquisition and Recruitments Initiatives. He & his group determines the current Staff Aug needs, Develops Talent acquisition strategies, and builds talent pipelines while taking care of Sriven’s online and offline employer branding programs.
Adept at managing external partnerships while providing headship to the sourcing process (campus, volume, specialty/niche hiring) across channels & developing policies that will correlate with the client’s fulfilment strategies.
Prasad holds a master’s degree In Human Resource Management and is a strategic thinker with excellent thought leadership & exceptional qualities.
